Different MuddleMend materials carry different licences. This page explains what you can and can't do with each type of content.
Free Learning Materials
Some free MuddleMend learning materials, including selected articles and resources where marked, are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
This means you may share and adapt those materials, provided you:
- Give appropriate credit to MuddleMend
- Do not use them for commercial purposes
- Share any adaptations under the same licence
Only materials explicitly marked with the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence are covered by these terms. When in doubt, assume all rights reserved.
Paid Guides, Workshops, and Downloads
Paid products, including guides, workshop materials, templates, and any other digital downloads, are for personal use only. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for individual use.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any paid materials
- Resell or transfer your licence to another person
- Teach from, present, or deliver sessions based on paid materials without written permission
- Adapt or create derivative works for commercial use
- Share access credentials or downloads with others
