Our Services include educational content and articles published on our website and Substack newsletter, digital products including PDF guides, templates, and implementation frameworks, no-code application templates, and technical documentation and systematic frameworks.

MuddleMend is not a coaching service, therapeutic intervention, medical practice, or provider ofongoing support services. All content is for educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services; update content, guides, and frameworks as technology evolves; change pricing for future products or services; and update these Terms with notice via email or website posting.Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you retain access to purchased digital products for personal use, but you lose access to website content, newsletters, and community features. All prohibitions and limitations remain in effect.

MuddleMend operates from Perth, Western Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, warranties, or other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
